Hmm what do you want to know?
I've always enjoyed making things... I went off sailing years ago and thought for a while there it would become my career, but after a couple of years I realised I missed playing with materials too much so when I'd ended up around the world here in New Zealand I worked refitting and beautifying superyachts for a while until I figured to make me really happy I needed to get back to being more creative in my life. I'd completed a fine arts degree in '94 and always knew I would get back to my sculpture work some way sometime. So in NZ I came across the film and TV industry and realised I could get paid to play... yay... sculpting sets, prop-making, set dressing, every job is different, I love diversity. Now 10 years later I've had the priviledge to work with Brent Sumner (see about Darjit) after asking myself what other creative projects could I add to my time between film jobs.

So, a couple of years on, my workshop is a darjit enviroment in progress....here I play on my own  creations in a variety of media, work on commissions and often experiment architecturally.

I teach darjit sculpture workshops and children's classes. And also love creative collaborations which bring together peoples' unique talents and abilities and help spread creativity around the community.
